My PC currently crashes and seemingly random times, but it can be sort of consistent. It mostly crashes after a game has fully closed and I start to do other, less strenuous tasks (like youtube, email, etc.). It also crashes almost just as much when I first boot it up, I haven't even launched a game, and I will try to open Steam or Discord and it will start to lag and then inevitably crash. These two instances of crashes occur anywhere from a daily basis to several times a day. I have tried a lot of things from reinstalling Windows 11 from a USB boot drive, to replacing core components like GPU, more powerful power supply, better and more RAM, newer and larger SSD; however, I have not touched to motherboard or CPU since I bought it. I have found through the event viewer that there are 33 errors per hour, and 12,546 warnings an hour that occur. The most prominent warning being:
"Event 17, WHEA-Logger
Component: PCI Express Root Port
Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

Primary Bus: Device:Function: 0x0:0x6:0x0
Secondary Bus: Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0
Primary Device Name: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4C09&SUBSYS_00000000&REV_01"

What could be the problem? I have taken the PC to many people and spent more money than I could ever get back from it, so I am determined to keep it and solve the issue.
