My PC loads all the way till it shows the Gigabyte logo and i can get into the bios/q-flash but it wont load past that it just continues to restart over and over.
If i remove the GPU and load on the intergrated graphics on the mother board and it boots fine, though i have tried 2 seperate GPU's and it is the same on both with the restarting.
I have checked all the cables to make sure everything in connected and the ram sticks individually to see if they are the problem but it doesnt seem like it.
I have also updated the bios and reset the cmos battery which have not solved anything.
I'm using a Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX ATX Motherboard, Ryzen 7700x CPU and a Powercolor Red Devil RX6950XT. The other GPU i tried was an XFX Speedster MERC 319 RX6950XT.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
