All Of A Sudden My PC Camera Is Off And On...It Works On Some Sites...But Not On Others
It Was Working Fine On All Last Week.......Any Ideas?.........Thanx

desktop or laptop?
inbuilt webcam in the monitor or USB attached webcam?
make/model of camera?
is this only when used via a browser, if so, which browser and have you tried others?
give some examples of the sites it does and doesn't work on?
the sites it doesn't, does it come and go, that is not work but then does work, then not work again?
what happened last week: new software, Windows Updates, new hardware, any other changes?

sorry
hp laptop
inbuilt
microsoft edge tried private browser no change
works skype wont work emerald
site that it doesent work just says to turn on camera i have everything set to allowed
its either on or off doesent cut out
im assuming maybe a windows update...tried to do a restore but no restore point

have you tried Chrome or Firefox?
if you go to Start, Camera, it works OK then?
check the HP support page on their website for your make/model and get the brand of camera they use, then go to that website and see if they have a driver you can download from them.
have you tried uninstalling then rebooting the PC and having it detect the new hardware and auto install the camera again?
