My new gaming pc build just don't perform well in screen I have the Idea and not smooth in games

Being that you have provided no information whatsoever about the computers hardware or the games involved even with the best will in the world it is not possible to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

No files are needed, just the names of the games and all of your hardware information.

Is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

I just reinstalled windows and the begin it was decent but after a while my pc just slow down ,And I have no idea what is the matter ,Its with every game and atm I want to play World of Warcraft Shadowlands

Amd ryzen 7 2700 x
Mobo: x470 msi gaming plus max
windows 10 64 bit
500 gb ssd 970 evo
Amd Radeon Sapphire rx 5600 xt
16 gb from corsai c16
700 watt PSU

Sorry that I havent included the information in the beginning , I thought I put it down

After reinstalling Windows, did you then install the drivers for the MB and starting with the chipset drivers first, this is a must else none of the hardware can communicate with the MB properly.

That is an online game, do you have the same problem with games that you can play offline.

You need a new and more appropriate PSU, the present power supply is old, not even Bronze efficiency rated, could only produce 552W when tested + is not covered by any warranty which is never a good idea, you can confirm the PSU age and specs here

For the GPU that you have you need a Gold efficiency rated minimum of 500W from a proven brand such as EVGA, Corsair or Seasonic.

Tip
If using a computer and not a mobile phone, please avoid adding multiple posts while waiting for us to reply to your last, edit your last post to include anything that you wish to add, this will ensure nothing gets overlooked which can sometimes happen if a thread has more than one page,

but I guess if it is the psu , Then my pc should shutdown right ?and I installed everything ,also chipset drivers from amd website

Can you answer this.

Nope, the GPU being the most demanding item of hardware only draws the maximum power when it is actually under load such as when gaming, entirely up to yourself whether or not you take any notice of what is advised and we for our part have made you aware that the PSU is not appropriate for supporting your hardware.

You do not download the drivers for the MB from AMD unless MSI advise you to which they don`t, they say get them from here and the reason for this is because AMD manufacture the chip but MSI program the chip to suit the requirements of their various MBs.

So I deinstall it in programs the chipset and download it from the msi website to try if its get better perhaps , I will also wait till I get some money to buy a seasonic or other brand 600 or 650 wat gold ,thanks

That would normally rule out the Internet connection then and point more towards a hardware issue, this includes a weak PSU and/or overheating.

Not a gamer myself so not much help when it comes to FPS but over the years through helping people I have found that when it comes to online gaming there are two things that hinder gaming, a poor internet connection and browser security plug ins, sort them and you are usually good to go.

Something for you to do to see how your present set up handles video when not online gaming + putting the GPU and PSU under load.

Use the free versions at the following links;

Stress test your GPU with Furmark

Check your FPS etc with SUPERPOSITION

I tried furmark and it give me 6000 and good fps.overall and my pc didn't crash,I should check my temperature again but my gpu is not getting hot and cpu what I can remember neither

As previously said, it is entirely up to yourself whether or not you take any notice of what is advised here but I see no point in us suggesting anything else if you do not do the suggested tests then provide the feedback, we are trying to help you but to do so we need you to help us as well.

Can we have a screenshot of the SUPERPOSITION results.

Noticed that your version of Windows is over a year out of date, this not only means that you are missing a lot of Windows hotfixes but that also that your PC is vulnerable to malware attack, you need to get Windows fully up to date asap, that means you need to be up to version 20H2 of Windows 10.

9822 score , I saw a other same card a little higher but with a better cpu , I saved the score but it wont let me open it ,How can i get my pc up to date because I got no further updates anymore
