  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

hello. i installed an update for valorant and my computer shut down with an error and blue screen windows 10. i tried resetting in the troubleshooting menu and everything like that and nothing worked. i am currently watching a video and using the command prompt to access windows\system32\config but it says "system32" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. i dont know what to do and how to fix my computer. i need help please.

do you have a backup of the system before the update?
you could try using System Restore and going back to the day before your update but that will only work if the game update changed the same system files that are included in the system restore snapshot. but worth a shot.
