My PC won't boot sometimes and will give me a black screen and will not beep but all the fans will be running. I have to restart it several times before it gets going It will then give me a overclocking failed when I have it on Turbo settings on the UEFI BIos for ASUS. When It is in power saving mod it will start right up. My PC is 4 yrs old and most the parts in it are the same age but The GPU is the only thing that is not that old. I was planning on replacing the liquid cooler this week and getting a new case with better ventilation. I believe that my CPU is getting too hot. but I am unsure. Any help will be great

What happens when the Turbo feature is off. Have you tried resetting the BIOS to factory and then the Turbo does that make a difference?

I turned the bios to power saving and it still gives me a black screen and nothing responding it seems like it is getting worse

In your bio's do you have a monitor or HW monitor option? If not go to post #2 and download that software.
