Just wasted 90 mins with MS Office support (that's a whole other story).
Basically I have a small business - I am looking to upgrade from Office 2006 to Office 2021 so thought I'd trial it on my laptop before making the switch.
In Outlook 2006 it was easy to change the "from" email address e.g. sales@business.com, info@business.com, Jason@ etc., etc. by just going into the settings. I've tried doing the same with Outlook 2021 but now the recipient gets "sales@business.com <myaccountname@internetprovider.com>" basically all I want to do is not have my ISPs details included.
Has anybody else been able to resolve this or am I stuck with 2006?
