Well i tested this on my tab..it was high compared to the other 2 i tried.. This one says 77 down,another one said 22 down and then the last one said 46 down..

Ok i compared this using my desktop..Measurement lab...111 down...Ookla...107 down and speed battle 76 down..used CLIQZ and chrome browsers..
 
I agree, my numbers looked very flukie over several tests with two different browsers.
