So pretty much I turned on my pc today, and the sound isnt working, when I click on troubleshoot it told me to disable Audio Enhancement, and I clicked yes, after that there was no sound anywhere. I've restarted my PC times already, using my headset, speakers, various games and youtube, no sound is working, also my mic is not being detected by my system.

have you looked in device manager to see if there are any errors?

What you could do is to go to the manufacturer of your sound website, whether that be the motherboard manufacturer , or soundcard maker if you are using that and download the driver and install that. It is possible a windows update may have screwed the existing driver.

I have tried downloading drivers and also rolling back drivers and nothing is working, any other suggestions?
