Hi Guys

Im not sure what happened but i was trying to get itunes store to plat sample on my pc but it wouldnt work (my itunes plays fine) so i was told to disable the speakers & then enable again, however i have now lost all sound, my speakers are Logitech LS21, i been messing around with this for the past 3 hours with this
Any help with would be appreciated

Let's get some more info about your machine shall we?

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:


List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size


Please post the log in your next reply :)

Ok a couple of things, after messing around again i have manged to get sound back (dont ask me how!!!)
The PC seems to be running ok

@gallorgs do you have a head set that you can plug into the head set jack and see if you get sound or not.
If not may have to uninstall/reinstall the drives for the sound card.
Have you check the device manager to see if there are any issues listed there?he
What is the volume set to?
Have you checked to see if anything was muted?
