I connected the pc to the tv, everything worked as it should. it just turned off once and it said no signal. I connected it to another hdmi output and it worked again but only for an hour. now it works on the other two outputs, but I'm afraid it won't break again. what could be the problem. I don't have another device with which I could check if these two outputs are working or if they are broken

You have post on a tech assistance forum looking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600x 6-Core
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
motherboard: MB MSI B450M A-pro MAX RYzen DDR4-4133
Ram : 16 GB 3200 MHz DDR4 kingston CL 16 HyperX

TV
Sony bravia KD 49XH8077

CABLE SBOX HDMI-HDMI 2.0 M/M 5M 4K

Resolution: 3840 × 2160 (4K) @ 50/60 Hz
Bandwidth: 18Gbps
3D over HDMI
Aspect Radio: 21:9
CEC: Yes

Diameter: 6mm
AWG: 30
Cable length: 5m

For sure the power supply is not the best. But buying a new power supply would solve the existing problem?
While I used the TV as a monitor, the GPU did not work at more than 50%. Still when I play games that require 100% GPU as well as high CPU usage which implies higher consumption of electricity (in that case I use the monitor). Neither now or before I had a system crash.

No one can say for sure but all the while that you are using a weak PSU you are damaging all the other hardware ** and the GPU being the most power hungry they tend to suffer first and the most, your PSU is way below the spec that your GPU requires, see attachment below.

Two options, see if you are able to borrow a known good 550W or above Gold efficiency rated PSU from Corsair RM range, EVGA or Seasonic, alternatively, get the system checked by a local tech who you must be sure to inform that you are using a 49" TV as a monitor, the bigger the screen the harder that the GPU and PSU have to work so testing on a 19" screen will not put the system under as much load as it is being put under at the moment.

** It wasn`t me that tested the PSU and only found it good enough for powering integrated graphics, if you disagree with this you need to take it up with those who tested it.

Get the PC tested before making any purchase & avoid Sharkoon like the plague, use the PSU links in my sig for brands to trust and those to avoid.

You are wlcome btw 🙂
