Good morning, so sorry to disturb you all but when I was on my PC it randomly went to a blue screen and starting going on and off it final stopped at a screen where it was saying that the operation system wasn’t found. I have tried checking the BIOS to make sure the booth is correct and I don’t think it’s anything to do with the hardware bc it’s a already built PC and I haven’t touched since putting it where I have placed it. Could anyone help thank you very much.

Either your internal boot drive has failed, or the boot record cannot be read, or you have a bootable USB device connected that doesn't contain an OS and is higher in the boot order than your internal drive.

I’m really sorry to ask but how would I come about testing each of these issues so I know which one is specifically the problem? I’m new to this unfortunately

Do you have any USB sticks/thumbdrives plugged into the computer.

Regarding your second picture, can you click on the boot order drop down tab on the left, take and upload a picture of what if anything is shown in the drop down options

Your USB is all good and will not be interfering.

Your computer is set to boot from a network for some reason.

We know nothing about your computer but it looks to be a Lenovo of some sort and they do things differently than home built PCs which would normally list a working boot drive as just that, Boot Device.

Best suggestion at the moment is to try changing the Boot Order to Sata Drive, press F10 to save, restart to see if the PC boots, if it doesn't, go back into the BIOS and change the Boot Order to M.2 Drive, press F10 to save, restart to see if the PC boots ,if it doesn't, go back into the BIOS and press F9 to restore the factory default settings, press F10 to save, restart to see if the PC boots, post back with an update when you are ready.

Unfortunately I have tried all the options that you listed but it still didn’t work unfortunately. It still brings back to the screen on the first picture at the beginning of this thread.

This suggests that your boot drive has failed.

Can you post the model name or number of the PC so that we can do some research.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply as we have to read the full post to make sure nothing gets missed,, thanks.

The machine type and model is: 90SV004FUK and the system Brand ID: Legion T5 26IAB7. And I apologise, I will not do that again

Yep a Lenovo Legion and no worries, plenty of folk do it.

Can you restart and access the BIOS, once there, go to the Main/Information Tab to check if the hard disk is detected. Take and upload a photo under the Main/Information Tab,

Not the correct area, what we need to be seeing is what is shown at the example here

Can you have a look around within the BIOS for us, the info has to be there somewhere.

Not good news I`m afraid because as you can see there is no storage device detected at all :(

Any chance that the PC is still in warranty.

I’m not sure I’ll have to double check, but may I ask what the not so good news is and what may be the way to just get through it?

If the boot drive has failed it involves opening up the PC, checking the type and state of the drive and potentially removing and replacing the drive, once that has been done you will then have to clean install Windows and the system drivers etc.

If you are okay with working inside of a computer we can walk you through it but any warranty check must be done first.

Your CPU was only released two years ago so it all depends on how long you have actually had the PC, if within 12 months you should contact the place of purchase, for any longer than 12 months see info here and here

I’m not sure if I have a warranty since I purchased my PC at CCL online, and I don’t think I signed up for a warranty or anything but I’ll be checking. If I do decided to do by my self what equipment would I need?

Thank you for all the help, I have just recently contacted a technical that can help me for tomorrow morning. Apparently he will be swapping the SSD and reinstalling Windows for £140
