So recently i have decided to clean my pc and remove the dust building up inside. I removed the ram, gpu, hdd, and the heatsink to clean them. After i finished cleaning them, i put them back into the motherboard and try to open up my computer. After about 20 seconds at start up, the display would disappear away and nothing is displayed on the monitor. However i can see there is still power in the cpu because my mouse and headset is still working and the fans are spinning.

Since you removed the heat sink for the CPU you broke the seal that was created by the thermal pastes that was there and now you will have to reapply new.

You can purchase it form any computer store or online. Make sure that you follow the apply instructions.

Soo i just need to reapply new paste then it will work again? Btw will my pc work without using thermal paste on a cpu with heatsink on it?

YES reapply the thermal paste here is why.
