My brother just built his own PC and everything seems to be functioning properly.
We’ve checked all cables, unplugged and replugged, everything seems to be functioning fine. I built my own about a year ago and everything looks the same. I even went into his BIOS and made sure his RAM was running at the correct speeds and saved any changes I made.
But once I put the Windows 10 Installation Media on a plenty big USB drive and let it finish, and then boot from it on the new PC, as the attached video will show you I just get prompted with a Windows 10 screen that is terrible quality and has black lines going through it, and then eventually the PC just turns off.
Any ideas? Thanks!
