I recently bought a Sceptre 24" C248B-144RN. This is a 144hz, 1080p, 1920x1080 monitor and I am running it on Display port. I upgraded from a standard, monitor. 60hz, 1080p 1920x1080 and I run it on HDMI.
The new monitor has a very good image, all 144hz are being used without issue. But there is an issue. Text of any kind is blurry, missing a few pixels or has a few extra lying around the text. This issue still exists even if I lower the hz to 120. In Nvidia control panel under resolution I have it set to 1920x1080 144hz. If I go to the top and select 1080p, 1920x1080 120hz the issue still remains.
Clear type is on, "Smooth edges of screen fonts" is on.
My GPU is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. My main monitor having the issue is plugged in using Display port and my secondary is plugged in using HDMI and having no issue.

In the pictures attached, bad.jpg is the bad image, taken from my new monitor in Display Port
Good.jpg is the good image, taken from my old monitor in HDMI
