I currently have an acer desktop computer running Windows 10 Pro. I'd like to purchase a new desktop computer running Windows 11 but hesitate to do so due to afraid it might be difficult to transfer all of my programs such as MS Office 2013, Quicken, et. to the new computer. Does Windows 11 have any easy or automatic way to move programs and files from an old computer to a new computer and if not, is there an easy way to accomplish that task?

No there no shortcut to preform what you want. You will have to manually install the programs since they scatter other files in other directories and create their own directories.

Not including what they place in different sections if the registry.
