Good morning from Nevada. I need some help with my computer after it fell in January. I got it working again (somewhat) just 5 days ago and daily it bluescreens with a fatal code. The error code is CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and it happens day after 10 minutes of use. I need to close my computer's screen for 20 minutes to start it up. I suspect hard drive malfunctions/driver errors, but the drivers are too big to download quick enough on my PC and my phone doesn't have enough space. Please help me soon.

Hello

Please provide us with your complete pc spec's.. Have you check inside the case to make sure all the cables/memory sticks/vid card are still connected?
It is a possibility you may have some hardware damage.

8GB RAM, 64x system running Win10, 1TB of storage, 2GHz CPU, 8GB GPU. Is this good? Also, no I havent checked cables because its a laptop. I don't want to open my computer unless absolutely necessary.

I'd highly advise that you open up the machine and make sure everything is seated correctly; might as well dust it out with a can of compressed air while you are in there.
