So my brother was playing one of his games when all of a sudden the monitors + his peripherals stopped working out of no where. The case fans and the rest of the inner pc still turns on and runs but i noticed the CPU debug light was on. I went through the normal troubleshooting of clearing cmos and even changed out every part of the pc (besides the motherboard) Still with no prevail after changing all of the parts (psu, cpu, ram, gpu) and still no display. I decided to rma the board. It just came back and it is still not working. I did notice some of the pins on the cpu were bent so i straightened them out and still no display or power to any peripherals. Only thing i havent done is checked the cpu socket on my motherboard. Things i have noticed
- Gpu is loose in the slot
- cpu wont even turn on the computer in my other system
- the power was going in and out about 2 hours previous to this happening
I think something may have fried out, maybe cpu I just need any troubleshooting tips, thanks!

Hello

You say the power was going in and out. You mean the power to the house?
