Need help (First PC build)

So I just build my first gaming pc and I followed everything through step by step also watched youtube videos as well. However, whenever I plug in my pc to the monitor it says 'No signal'. What would be the cause of this?

I've listed my pc specs below as well:
- Asus TUF gaming B550-Plus Motherboard
- AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX2070 Super Windforce OC 3X, 8GB
- Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB M.2 NVM3 SSD
- Corsair 550! RM550x (2018) Gold Power Supply
- Corsair iCUE 220T RBG Airflow TG Mid Tower Case

The display card

Basically the power supply is to weak to support that display card and everything else.
