My computer cpu seems to run hot. I change the paste on the cpu. It has a water cooler on the cpu. My cpu is intel i7 6700k. I keep the fan and radiator clean and keep the hole computer clean. If it at idle the temperature will stay at 110F but if i run a simple game it will shoot up between 165F to 177F and the water pump will run at 1500 RPM and the radiator fan runs at 2000 RPM. The water pump is 5 years old and the radiator fan is new. If the cpu temp gets up to 185F the computer will shutdown. But it has to sit at 185F for about 10 seconds before it shutdown. I let the MSI center control the fans and the cpu and memory speed. I thinking about buying a new water cooler for the cpu. I know it is a 4000 mhz cpu but msi center overclocks it at 4400 mhz. Well thanks for the help.
