I have connected 2 Metallicgear Skiron RGB and 1 Deepcool RF120 RGB fan to JRGB1 header of MSI B660M Mortar motherboard. But with MSI Mystic light software only the SKiron fans are behaving properly, the deepcool one is not syncing with exact color of other two fans.

For example if the Skiron fans are red then deepcool one is blue. All three fans are behaving properly with lighting modes only the colors are not matching except White color.

What can be the issue here? I am really confused.

I think so, JRGB1 is a12V header. So it should handle 3RGB lights. Though I am not an expert, but I think it should handle
 
@Bruce - No luck. I have tried only connecting the Deepcool fan to JRGB1, but its the same. From Mystic light if I am selecting Blue (R:0 G:0 B:255) then the fan is lighting up in green (R:0 G:255 B:0). If I am selecting Green (R:0 G:255 B:0) then fan is lighting up Red (R:255 G:0 B:0). It is like its taking the previous / compliment colors only, like there is a signal delay of some sorts. I haven't seen such thing ever.
 
Yes, JRGB1 only. Rest are JRAINBOW ports which are 3 pin port for ARGB. I am using a inbuilt splitter cable of the case it self. Will get separate Coolermaster RGB splitter cable and try it again, hopefully in a few days
 
I tried with another 4 pin RGB splitter cable, its the same. I am starting to think that my particular Deepcool fan's RGB is getting a signal delay and it might be specific to my particular item. Anyways thanks for the help
 
any way to forget the JRGB1 port for now.
does the fan have an option to be used directly, that is, get its power from a normal mobo FAN header and gets it's RGB controlling from elsewhere?
 
The fan is getting power from MOBO fan header only. There is no issue with the fan spinning with pwm control. only issue is RGB syncing. I have tried adding it to inbuilt RGB controller button of cabinet, its the same.
 
Not had any experience with fan/case lighting but I’ll have a bash. Are you sure the fan/colour control is compatible with both fan manufacturers?
If you turn the colours off then on do you notice any delay?
 
If both of them are color compatible or not - I tried finding this in internet but could not find anything. In white color i.e. R:255 G:255 B:255 they are in perfect sync and fan rotation speed is in perfect sync with PWM control always.
 
I can't find much information on the RF120, but it seems to only have preset RGB settings (red, green, blue, orange, purple, cyan, and white) that are controlled by a handheld controller. If this is the case I don't believe you can sync it up to your rgb controller and would need a different fan.

PWM only controls the speed of the fans, and has nothing to do with the lighting, it is good that it is working as intended. :)

Try cycling the "M" button on the fan controller a couple times and see if that allows it to take input from the MSI Mystic software, otherwise my best guess is that the fan doesn't have that option.

Is there a reason you went with 2x Skiron fans and one DeepCool? For the best results with RGB, typically you'll be best off with the same fans case-wide.
 
Yes, I am also thinking the same that this DeepCool model can not be synced with RGB headers properly. The reason I am not using the supplied controller because most of the time I turn off the RGB lights during editing sessions and then turn it back on when I am using the machine normally. Using the remote means I have to open the case every time to turn off the lights. For the time being I will continue to use the white color of fans as in that color it syncs. Later maybe I will change the fans.
 
For the price and piece of mind, it's worth considering depending on your priorities. It is worth noting that the MetallicGear fan is a little louder and moves a little less air, but if you already have two in your system I doubt either of these points will be noticeable.
