PC Powers' up quite normally ,and all is well for about an hour and then without warning the screen goes black. Occasionally the screen stays in place for the duration of the usage period., but more and more the screen will just suddenly go BLACK!
What I have discovered is that if I turn the monitor OFF and then ON the screen will display perfectly for about 30 seconds and then although monitor power light indicate ON the screen goes Black yet again, do I require a replacement monitor or is there a setting etc that I can use to prevent the loss of screen? Thank you

I am in the process of ordering a replacement monitor, so if possible would appreciate some advice on query Thankyou

Hello

Is there anyway you can test, using another monitor?
Hi Thanks for suggestion but unfortunately not possible, on my present monitor as well as the intermittent black outs none of the settings buttons are working so I guess the monitor has given up the ghost!!!
With the lack of replies and the need for a monitor I have ordered up a replacement due today, so will test out and get back,so Merry Chrimbo Regards Caskin
