Hi. So I tried fixing a ghosting type issue on my Chinese copy Samsung monitor. I selected the auto adjust option a couple of times and then increades resolution from 1920x1080 to something higher. And then autoadjusted screen again. To be honest I dont exactly know how I got here but ended up with the display showing of screen like the windows tab works if i moved down my mouse but I cant see it. You can see the black bars in top of the monitor.

Hi. I have a Nvidea Gtx 650. Yes i did lower resolution didnt work. But the problem is fixed now, I connected my sisters monitor, its an old boxy Hp monitor. It displayed everything perfectly fine.then i recomnected the pc to my monitor and somehow the screen was in centre but in a lower resalotion. Put it back on 1920x1080 and apparently everything went back to normal. Thankyou so much for your concern and input!
