That is more of an error on the server side. The Microsoft Jet Database Engine is a database engine on which several Microsoft products have been built. A database engine is the underlying component of a database, a collection of information stored on a computer in a systematic way. -Wiki More Info here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Jet_Database_Engine

With that said, there could be a few other possible causes. So let us be sure.

First which web browser are you using when accessing the site? Have you tried using a different browser? If so, do you get the same error?

Was this website working for you previously?

I was using Google Chrome. I tried Internet Explorer & got the same result. I think it was working last year if I remember correctly.

Just tried it from my own computer. I too am getting the same error.

The error is related to server permission issues. This is not something you or I can resolve. It needs to be resolved on their end.

I would suggest using the "Contact Us" link to report the issue.

Thanks for the update (y)

Would you like to have this thread marked as pending for a week or so to see if they do get back to you.
