This is the basic overview of the Staff Roles here at PCHF:

Manager
- Manages PCHF and its staff. Responsible for the overall running of the site and maintenance of the community. If anyone has ANY questions or concerns, please don't ever hesitate to contact me :)

Administrator - Trusted staff with admin access. They have the ability to enforce server-wide bans, create and edit site notices, and more. If you have a concern, do not hesitate to contact one of our admins.

Moderator - Keeps an eye on the overall "health" of the members and community, resolving conflicts if any arise, moving threads to appropriate sections, closing and deleting threads that shouldn't exist, responds to reports, warns members of rule breaking, banning spammers, and more.

Tech Support Team - Trusted staff members that will answer tech support questions and solve problems. They are responsible for ensuring safe, reliable advice regarding any and all problems.

Security Expert - Trusted and carefully selected members that are responsible for answering and solving malware issues. They will use tools and diagnostics to render a solution to malware infections.

Please note these are not set in stone and can and will change as necessary
