Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3060 (12gb)
RAM: 32gb at 3600mhz and is running at 3600mhz
Motherboard: Asus 570x-p
PSU: RM 850x
All drivers are up to date

I'm not getting the frames I should on games using my RTX 3060 (not ti). In GTA I get around 45 FPS. I do not know what is wrong, or if I need to upgrade some components or drivers. Please help me fix this. I will add more information if needed.

Hello

Anymore games besides GTA? What were your FPS prior to this issue?

Sorry it took so long to reply. So far I have tried GTA V, Cyberpunk 2077, and Rainbow 6 Siege. My frames on GTA on my old card (rx 590) were basically the same, if not slightly less stable at points. Cyberpunk and Siege are also giving my the same frames. I forgot to mention in my previous post that I game on a 144hz 1080p monitor. Since my post I have, install a new bios to ensure my ram is in fact, running at 3600 hz, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver software and drivers to the card. I have let it run its full benchmark and performance test, as well as, a third party benchmark test. These tests confirm that the card is fine, and working as it should. However, check this against the benchmark tests of the games that I am playing with the parts that I have, I am receiving roughly 60 FPS less than I should. I have no idea what is happening here.
