Losing my mind please help - BSOD, FPS drops, lag, etc with 6 month build

Hey everyone, really need assistance here. For the past month, my pc has been crashing randomly, feeling sluggish (when hovering over tabs/links etc, there is a lag to it, and overall losing fps when gaming) For example, fps goes from 240 to 40 etc and shoots back up to 240 again. Also, I cannot run my ram at 3600, whenever I change it to 3600mhz, the pc crashes after a short period. Very unstable even though my ram is 3600mhz. I've checked my temps, CPU is around 45-60 when gaming, gpu 50-60 when gaming. Also getting about 1-2 blue screens a day, the error I noticed with one of them was something along the lines of Memory Kernal. I just built this pc 6 months ago, so no clue what is going on. What I have noticed though is when I checked Process Explorer, i've noticed AMDSServr.exe is taking up 100,000,000+ page faults at times. When I end the process on it, the hovering lag is gone for a while. (not sure if this program has anything to do with what's going on btw)

To start with.
Change your power from high performance to balanced.
High performance is more for laptops. It can cause instability.
Your motherboard and cpu both do not support

one component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.

let's try a few things.
  • unplug the USB external drive.
  • uninstall BitDefender, can reinstall later if need be.
  • change your power profile to Balanced.
  • disable all scheduled tasks.
  • BIOS is a year old, see if they have released any updates.
  • try and reclaim more space on the SSD drive.

then there is my standard list of housekeeping...
• reboot modem/router/pc
• delete restore points
• turn off hibernation
• empty web browser cache
• delete system temp files
• scan Windows for system corruption with the command sfc /scannow
• scan drive for file corruption with the command chkdsk c: /r
• disable unwanted scheduled tasks
• disable unnecessary startup services with the msconfig command
• disable scheduled defragging
• trim any SSD's
• turn off Timeline and Activity History, and all things Microsoft Telemetry based
• empty recycle bin
• delete log files and error reports
• remove old Windows Updates files
• cleanup software installer and distribution caches
• delete unwanted programs
• remove any browser extensions
• if connecting via wireless, try ethernet
• pause any online cloud storage synchronising (OneDrive, DropBox)

CCleaner or Glary Disk Cleaner or the inbuilt cleanmgr command can do most of those points.
ShutUp10 by O&O Software can stop a lot of telemetry items.
other things to try;
• create another user account and login under that profile
 
Get a new flash drive think you may have a fake on here. Show it should be a 114 GB size and only showing size to be 32 GB.

Might also try a clean boot to see that shows.
