  • Hello everyone We want to personally apologize to everyone for the downtime that we've experienced. We are working to get everything back up as quickly as possible. Due to the issues we've had, your password will need to be reset. Please click the button that says "Forgot Your Password" and change it. We are working to have things back to normal. Emails are fixed and should now send properly. Thank you all for your patience. Thanks, PCHF Management

Hi guys need your help again, since installing latest win10 updates I am no longer able to, access my PC.It was by pin initially(which is still working on this laptop im using but not my desktop)
Error message states pin no longer available, reset pin! Attempts to do so result in black screen followed by splash screen.
It then states use Microsoft password, which works as I am on to Microsoft at the moment, but after 3 hrs I am still 4th in line!!But ,Microsoft password will not work on my desktop.
So at the moment I have no way of accessing my PC ,HELP!
I did find my way to settings via restart and shift key but all settings such as recovery require password, so at the moment I am in Limbo with no where to go! Hope you can help

You will end up having to contact Microsoft.

13. We will not assist with recovery of or figuring out of system passwords, for any reason.
