Hi,

I have sent emails before to individuals and have then copied that email but then changed the address. ie sending my CV to various employment agencies.

I now want to create a group to send to all these people (not all are added as contacts), and to also ensure they cannot see each other.

To summarise

1 - Add people as contacts by emails I've sent them previously,
2 - Create a group
3 - Ensure everybody in that group cannot see each other,

Hi Simon and Welcome to PCHF :)

You can do what's known as a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), which means recipients won't be able to see each other.

Thanks I'm aware of using this if I'm copying someone else in the email, but I guess what I want is like a private mailing list or distribution list.

So what I want to do is to send my CV and covering email to various agencies on 1 email.

Any updates for us Simon?
