Hi I recently started playing games on my new laptop and noticed a really weird problem, on the course of 3 days my fps amount went from 200-250 to now only being 100-150 sometimes going down to 80 I've tried giving the app higher priority in the task manager but it didn't help, any1 know what's going on?

More info about your PC will help us diagnose.

Download Speccy.

https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download

How to post a Speccy shot 😀

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

  1. In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
  2. In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
  3. Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
Also, include your PSU (Power Supply Unit) specifications.

Also. To have a look at installed programs and a few other settings.

MinitoolboxScan.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop.
Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator.
When the program opens Select ALL
Click Go
Attach the log or copy and paste.

Also, download the attached batch file.
Unzip to your desktop.
Right click run as admin.
This will list your service configuration, and scheduled task.
When the batch file has completed a new .txt file will appear on your desktop.
Named PCHF.txt attach that here for us, in your next reply.

Can you also tell us if you use the following: Onedrive, Copilot, Edge there are methods to remove these apps and that could certainly improve overall performance of your machine.
