Hi,I am sure others will input..

You have a small form factor, possibly running Vista or even XP?
You only have a 280 watt PSU according to the specs online.
Have you added upgrades in the past?
Could give us more information on the hardware and software such as what OS are you running?

I am just wondering if such an older computer should be upgraded or would rather choices to buy a new setup or self build?

JB.

Currently does not have any os installed and I have only upgraded the ram to 4gb

I think Jelly Bean it the nail on the head. I found your machine on Ebay for under $100. I would suggest this unit is not upgrade material, save your pennies for a new computer.

I just found your computer. However specs give a varied list of hardware.
So the computer is not up and running and no OS?
I can see the MAX RAM is 8 gig.
Your PSU is small 280 watt. The whole computer is small,ATI Radeon HD3470 256M PCIe.are you sure all the hardware installed is fully functioning?
You are looking at new PSU,GPU,possible mainboard and CPU.
These are the minimum specs for Final Fantasy.

Thank you Bill.

The more I look into the computer and minimum games specs I am thinking new computer or self build.

This pc does not have a dedicated graphics card and yes everything is working fine.

I did state the specs online are a varied list..
But as Bill states and I agree, its an old computer and you would need to build a machine that can also run Windows 10.
I cannot find the mainbioard but I will assume the age of the MB would mean a new one so it could take the new compat GPU minimum spec that is required for the games you wish to play, new PSU thats for sure. What you would spend on upgrades you may wish just to buy a new tower.

Unless others have any ideas to input on the topic..

JB.
