Hi all,

So I'm having an issue where my laptop wont perform well without the task manager open. Major FPS drops when I play games and the laptop isn't as smooth. To give you a bigger picture when I play valorant I will have 160+ FPS with task manager open. When it isn't open the FPS drops down to 50-70. Also the task manager will close out by itself randomly making me to reopen it again to get max FPS. I have a 2019 Razer Blade 15 with a 2070 max q, The whole laptop doesn't function well without task manager open. Its very laggy. I did a factory restart and nothing. When I first got it, it performed perfectly well. I think 8-10 months in I started having this issue. I have asked some of my tech friends but they have never heard of this issue. All my drivers are up to date and I do take very good care of this laptop. It doesn't move from my desk and I clean it regularly. Hoping any of you guys can help me out with this issue.

Strange issue indeed. You say you did a factory reset, how long ago was that? First thing I would try is a clean boot and see how the machine responds.

Also, some basic info on the machine would be nice.

Lets see a Speccy log and a minitoolbox.

Speccy Scan.
