Hello,

I got problems using my active Pen (HP Pen (1MR94AA)). It often doesn't react when my hand touched the screen and is just overall not working good. I already set the touch sensitivity to low (Was on medium by default) but i still have the same problems. Over this link you can find a 11 second video, in which I try to draw a straight line, while the hand i use the pen with, rests on the screen https://streamable.com/35gfwx. I am thankful for any advice on how to improve or fix this.

Thx in advance.

That would be great... The Laptop im using is the Pavilion x360 14-cd1005ng and my Operating System is Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit).
Sorry should have provided this information in the first place.

Have you tried uninstalling the pen then setting up again as a new device.
Are you left or right-handed?
Have you downloaded the HP Pen control app from the MS store?
