i have an old dell latitude e6420, with an i5 2520,Image

when it is idle the cpu temperature is between 55 to 60 degree celcius and when i do some heavy tasks on it like some photoshop and stuff it reaches upto 82 degrees is it normal
 
Hello

When was the last time the inside was cleaned out, especially the air flow ports?
 
also - that 2nd gen processor was launch early 2011, so 10 years on, has the thermal paste ever been re-applied?
