Hi
I have been struggling with my laptop that will be on for about an hour and then it suddenly switches off. When I switch it on again, there is no login necessary. It goes into a sort of sleep mode but I don't have such a setting set on my laptop.

Also, when using anything that requires a decent amount from the graphics driver, like CS GO, it displays an error that the game has been blocked. I have rolled the graphics driver back, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and it still does the same thing.
Please assist with this problem

Hi :)
Did you checked the GPU temperatures to make sure it's not overheating? can you snap shot error message?

What Power Plan are you using: Balanced, High Performance or Power Saver?

What is the setting to turn off the display when on battery?

Hi Micky2605, Welcome to PCHF! :)

Does the computer turn off randomly or can you make it turn off by running a graphically intensive game like CS: GO?

Posting a screenshot of the error message would help as well as telling us what power plan your computer is using.

Thanks.
