Hello, i would like some help with my laptop. I had this situation where i unpluged the wifi card and somehow the hdd stopped working, found out the 2 sata ports are not working at all, so i saw this third port that had something plugged into it from the inside of the laptop so i inplugged it and plugged in the hdd and now it works, but my concern is what did i unplug? Heres the link of the photo:

1 - primary port
2 - secondary port
3 - the third port that i unplugged the cable from and plugged in the hdd
4 - the unknown cable i unpplugged

if you follow that unplugged cable along its length, does it not lead back to that hard driver shown.
does that laptop model allow/have 2 drive bays?

As per Bruces post the hard drive does appear to be connected to the number 4 connector?

Please include full model number when seeking help

it shouldnt lead back to the hard drive as the hard drive is currently plugged in and working and yes the laptop has 2 bays
