Hi everyone I got an issue with my laptop HDD, it's an Seagate 1TB , laptop : Lenovo ideapad 100-15ibd. So...I was doing my things in unity and I waited for program to import an asset , PC blocked for 5-10 mins , I don't turned it off or something , I just waited. After 5-10 mins it restarted by itself and my HDD was not recognized anymore. What I should do? The HDD is not clicking , is spinning but not recognized. I already tried to clean it up etc but without any result. (Sorry for my bad English)

What screen are you seeing after the laptop restarts? It sounds like your HDD has failed..
 
What changes have you made to the boot order and or any changes to the BIOS?

Here is why that is coming up is that the boot order is wrong and is attempting to load the operating system for the Network and since it is not there it is reporting a fail.

Disable it from booting to the network should fix it were you can access the HDD.

Next I will suggest that you get an external drive and BACK UP you data. The run check on the HDD to make sure that there are issues.

You could also boot to a Live Linus version and get you data that way if the HDD is still in working condition.
 
Is the HDD showing in BIOS?

Then I would suggest that you try a Live version of Linux and back up your data and get the drive replaced.

You may be able to attach the drive via USB cage if you have one handy and have another system to connect it to and see if you can get the data off the drive that way.
 
No it doesn't show up in bios. When I start the laptop it's waiting to load the Windows and after it show me that message on screen and after is restarting by itself. I looked into the bios and it says "hdd: not found" or not recognized something like that but hdd is spinning.
 
Hard drives can die in just the way you are describing.
It sucks but that why backups were invented.
I would get an external drive enclosure AND a new hard drive.
New drive goes into the laptop and you reload Windows and all your software again.
Old drive goes into the external enclosure and plugs into another pc to see what data can be retrieved. Or plugs back into the laptop once it’s up and running again.
At this point you then ask yourself should I get a SSD instead of a HDD.
And once all sorted, do regular backups. They aren’t a new thing and there is no excuse to not be insuring your digital data.
 
Thanks to everyone but now I got a new problem. Intel HD graphics is shutting down my pc. What can I do ?
 
my belief is your second issue is stemming from the first - your hard drive has some serious doubts around it.
you need to stop using the drive if you want your chances of data recovery to be as good as possible as it sounds like you have no backups at all.
I may be wrong but it also sounds like getting your hands dirty with PC tech and repairs may not be your strong suit, if so, time to get an expert involved.

1st priority - retrieve your data. an external enclosure for laptop drives cost about $AUD25.
then it can be decided if the current drive is worth any future use, but for the sake of $AUD70'ish for a 1TB drive, why risk re-using what is already a questionable drive with your precious data.
