Hi, I was told this laptop would crash when it plays games plugged it so I ran it to check temps. However the laptop froze so I rebooted and now faced with this grey screen with no option for bios?
Tried:
Rebooting 3 times
Pressing all bios command keys
Plugging into another monitor
Reseating ram
Running with only 1 ram stick and no ssd/hdd

The screen is on as its slightly grey

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Sounds like a video or a motherboard issue.

You can try shutting off the system, taking the battery out and holding down the power button for a few seconds to release any residual power and then plug the power cable back in to see if that solves the issue and allows it to show anything on the screen.

If that does not work then you may need to consider replacing the system.
