Hi,
I have an Acer Aspire Notebook (A315-54-530D). It's about 3 years old. I have it connected via HDMI cable to a 31" Acer Monitor and work rather well except it it tends to shut down the monitor when I open file on EBAY or when I have many open windows and try to open another one...
Any suggestions?

:)

Speccy Scan.
  • Please go here and download Speccy.
  • Install and run the program.
  • Upon Completion:
  • Hit File
  • Publish Snap Shot
  • A link will appear, post that link.

Step 2: Get System Info Log.

Include in your next reply a Get System Info log.
Save it to your desktop when complete.
Once you have the file on your desktop, then upload it here, and Here.
Copy the URL after your report is loaded.
Then send us the link. :)

Hi and thanks a lot for the suggestion. I am not familiar with the SPECCY SCAN. How safe is the software? I have had some bad experiences in the past while downloading software that created all sorts of problems with my computer. Once I had to completely erase everything from my hard drive reinstall Windows...

These programs are completely safe, take a look around the forums. It’s how we get information from your machine to help you.

@almifa5274 Would you like us to close the thread? Without any information about what is going on with your machine, it is kinda hard to help you.

Help us help you, by providing the logs requested. :)
