Hey, I've just built a PC recently in August for a friend, they've been playing many different games with the pc including Overwatch 2 and valorant, but anytime they try to launch any CoD game, be it Warzone or the new MWII, their system gives out the error in title and restarts itself. They've taken it to a PC repair shop who tried things such as stress testing CPU, GPU, and RAM, updating drivers and OS, complete reinstall of MWII, they couldnt find anything, I myself tried swapping the GPU and RAM with my own and it still produced the same results, also tried a fresh reinstall of windows. Any ideas what to do next or should I see what I can do about RMAing the system?

tldr: Error in title given out when launching CoD games, out of ideas on what to try to fix..?

Hello

Did you install the chipset drivers for the mobo? Give us your complete pc spec's and complete spec's on your psu.

@Evan Omo

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Hi,

Based on the error message this is pointing to a driver issue.

I would update all the drivers for the system from the motherboard website such as chipset, audio, network, BIOS etc.

I would also update your video drivers for the video card by visiting the Nvidia website and update the video card drivers there.

Tried this just now, didn't help, if you think its a driver issue, would it be best for me to RMA the motherboard and get one similar to my own? Considering I've already got mine working...?
