Ab350 gaming 3 mobo ryzen 5 1600 and ddr4 3600 c14 16gb ram

Will not post, fans will not turn on.
I get my keyboard to light up when turning on psu switch. Nothing else.
Cpu led light comes on when pressing power button on case. That is all I get. I'm stuck and beyond frustrated. Help please
