Solved Issue converting disk to GPT

I just bought a new pc and installed a 4tb hard drive together with a 275 gb SSD. Whilest trying to alocate the 4TB hard drive i noticed that it capped at 2TB per partition. After some research i found out that i need to change the hard drive from MBR to GPT. Whilest watching some videos and other forum posts i noticed that the option to convert disk to GPT wasnt there in disk management even if none of it was allocated.

Next thing i did was download this handy program called ''AOMEI Partition Assistant'' after some looking around i found the option to convert it to a GPT disk.
However! it gave me this message: The systen partition and boot partition are seperated on different disks. If you convert the disk, your system will be unable to boot next time. So we strongly suggest you not to convert this disk. Do you still want to convert it?

As far as i know i havent even touched this disk yet as i had to allocate the disk space before i could even see it in my pc at start up. I installed my windows 10 on the SSD after all.

Can someone tell me what i should do to be able to access the full 4TB?

I have found the issue i think, however i still cant solve it. On the 4TB disk it has a partition of 500 mb called: system reserved partition. At first i didnt think much of it but after some more research it turns out that this is what the previous error message was about, it has all the boot files on it. Most likely got there during installation of windows 10 and have it use default options. According to: https://www.howtogeek.com/192772/what-is-the-system-reserved-partition-and-can-you-delete-it/ It is possible to move it but it seems risky and doesnt give a good explanation on how to do it. Can any of you show me how i should move it to my SSD?

Sorry about the delay. The system reserves space for system-use, OS backups, etc. It can vary between 400MB and 200GB. It can not be moved to another drive, as the filesystem resides on the parent drive.

I Fixed it! What i did was use a program called easyBCD to copy the boot files to my SSD and enable it to boot. Then i resetted my CMOS to enter the BIOS since i couldnt (ultra fast boot option was on and disabled my keyboard during boot). There in prioritization settings i managed to get my SSD first (after changing HDD priority settings). Then in Disk Management i deleted the System Reserved partition and finally! Convert to GPT was enabled, did that. Restarted and everything is fine and bootable.
