The background changing every few seconds is extremely annoying to me.
The most annoying is this background.

Is there a way to turn this off?

Hi,

I have noticed this too. I believe I have fixed it. :) I just tested it on my mobile and it's fixed. Can you verify it's indeed fixed for you as well?
 
Yes, the background is not changing. Thank you!

I couldn't stay around to read and post because of the ever-changing background.
