Hello, I’ve just bought a brand new MSI MPG A850GF PSU and it’s making a weird constant buzz at idle and under load all the time. Is this normal?

Connections are strong, cables aren't loose, tried different electrical outlets - nothing helps...

That link does not seem to be working on this end.. At any rate and new pc should not be making noise from the psu.

Ok , just so you know there's a difference between the psu and the cooling fan as far as certain sounds go.. The fan sounds ok and typical under a load.

Than you for your answer. Unfortunately, the fan in the video is at idle, there no load at all, just windows running.
 
I didn't hear much; I'll have to wait until I get home with my headset. 40+ years of rock n roll have taken their toll.
If you have an inkling of doubt, the PSU is not the place to have doubts. Send it back.
