basically all my pc connected with ethernet to the modem, sometime work and sometime don't, when they don't i get the error "ip configuration not valid" 0x80070483

This is happening from when i changed my modem/internet connection , probably is configured bad but i have no idea of how to check it

This problem pops up only on pc connected with ethernet, all wifi device are connected and have no problem

also if i change the spot of the ethernet cable multiple times then it work again, or if i do right click on the internet icon in the bottom right of windows and then "troubleshooting"

Does anyone know why is happening and how i can fix it? thanks!

Can you connect via cable
Open cmd prompt
Either type or copy and paste what is in Blue. What is in Red is what you do e.g Enter (Press the Enter key)
ipconfig /all >"%userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt" Enter
This should put a text file on your desktop. Please attach the file in your reply.

Then connect via wi fi and do the same.

Which has Ethernet 10 or 11
if 10 machine
How to perform a Winsock Reset in Windows 10
  1. Right click on the Start button then choose Search.
  2. In the search bar, type cmd. ...
  3. Type netsh winsock reset into the Command Prompt window and press Enter on the keyboard to run the command.
  4. A message will appear saying to restart the computer to complete the reset

i mean, the problem is on 3 pc , that are connected to ethernet, but also any pc i connected to ethernet will have this problem, so i don't think is a pc problem, anyway ill do that on all the computers

anyway all 3 pc have windows 10

Yes trying a static ip would be ideal, at least on the problem machine.

Run this program on the computer with issues please.

Step 1:
Please downloaded MINITOOLBOX and run it.
Checkmark following boxes:
Flush DNS
Reset FF proxy Settings
Reset Ie Proxy Settings
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)
Click Go and Attach the log in your reply.

i have tried to download it from the link that Malnutrition gave but doesn't work so i downloaded the software from here http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/farbar/MiniToolBox.exe
Also after resetting the winsock on 1 computer the problem still pops up, i noticed that the problem pops up only after i turn it on or if it's in stand by and then i turn it on, but not always

Seems you have an illegal copy of windows installed, PCHF does not support illegal software.
If this was just a program, I'd ask you to uninstall it.
Since this appears to be an illegal version of windows, I am forced to close this thread.
Purchase a copy of windows and come back to us if you still have issues.
