How can I keep my home IP address when in Spain, is there software that will do this, or instructions in how to do this

and are you talking about your LAN IP address, that is, your home network, the one you and all connected devices in your house can see.

Yes taking my pc to Spain, have a VPS which is connected to the IP Address back home so would like to keep same Ip Address whilst in Spain its the wlan address 92.239.xx.xxx
