So i have this old laptop and it does not connect to the internet. I kno i need some drivers to fix this error but i dont kno which ones i need. The laptop is a pavilion dm4 notebook pc, windows 7 64 bit and ill list the devices i have errors for.

-Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller
-BCM20702A0
-Fingerprint Sensor
-Network Controller
-PCI Device
-PCI Simple Communications Controller
-Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller
-Unknown device
-Unknown device
If someone knows and would list me what i need, i would be very greatful =]
 
No it does not seem to be any, just "Hp pavilion dm4 notebook pc" in the system information. And if it helps the laptop is black.
 
What about on the laptop itself, underneath?

Other than the bar codes and product key for os, theirs "Hp protectsmart" theirs nothing on the laptop physically that would indicate the model.
