The cause might've been improper shutdown for me in this case... maybe I shouldn't have been on the computer in a thunderstorm lol.
I keep getting this error and I don't know how to fix it! I've tried so many things but half the attempts to try to fix the problem couldn't be completed. Some have completed but still persist!

I've:
ran sfc /scannow - stopped at 51% Could not complete request
attempt to reset pc -but says it ran into an error so I couldn't reset.
did /chkdsk in command prompt - problem persist
system restore. - still getting this error

along with getting that error there are many other things I cannot do. I can't really play games or, go on my browser and watch videos/listen to music (my browser will close by itself)
this error doesn't come up for only one program/software (ex. Werfault, Epic games launcher, etc...) Can anyone suggest methods to fix this? I can't really do much on my PC except browsing.

and no, I'm 99% sure this is not a virus.

From the symptoms you are telling me, your hard drive is shot.

Did you run memory diagnostics? Just type memory into the search box and select Windows Memory Diagnostic. It'll test your RAM. Run that and let us know if it finds errors.
 
I can't open Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool unfortunately. The error comes up.
"Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool: WerFault.exe - Application Error"
"The instruction at 0x00007FFA29893307 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000060. The memory could not be written"
 
Try re-installing Windows 10 manually. A reset won't work because something is seriously wrong.

If you can't manually reinstall Windows 10 via USB or DVD, you'll need a new hard drive.
 
Tried everything to fix it but have gotten no luck, currently saving to get a new hard drive and reinstall windows
