I downloaded a virus and it has admin perms and I tried uninstalling everything but the virus wont allow me to it there a way I can force it to uninstall windows 10? Please help me here made an account for this post.

There is not way to uninstall Windows 10 since it is the operating system.

The only thing that you could do is wipe the data for the drive and the reinstall Windows 10

s there just the one HDD in the system if not then that drive may be infected and one the reinstall is done then you could be reinfecting the operating system again. Even if the drive is an USB that should be checked as well for the infection

I have hdd and ssd and I just manage to uninstall all my drives on the pc, but how can be 100% confident that the virus is gone

If the virus is a bad as you state it to be wipe the drives clean including the partitions.

There is a security team here that can assist you on checking that.

Follow the instructions in the Sticky note and post the information in a thread there.
