Can you type anything?

Does it respond?

Complete system specs including MAKE and MODELS including the PSU.

What have you tried what were the results?

What happens when you type Exit and press enter?

Have you looked in the startup menu?

Have you gotten to the sing in screen?

Can you sign in under a different user and or safe mode?

Do they appear normal?

What have you attempted and what were the results?

What happens when you right click on the screen?
